Oceansense Ltd is based in Porirua, New Zealand, and is developing its proprietary SeaChannel technology in order to communicate with underwater cameras and sensors in the marine environment using off-the-shelf stainless steel wire rope. This is an incredibly robust system, designed to withstand the rigours of tough marine installations. Our base in the lower North Island of New Zealand provides us with a perfect testing ground.
